Cancellation Policy
All hunts with Bigger Bucks Outfitters are scheduled based on availability and seasonal demand. All clients are required to call prior to booking to confirm open dates, hunt type, and package details. Availability Requirement Due to limited spots and high demand, online booking alone does not guarantee a reservation. You must call 309-337-8396 to check availability and secure your dates before booking. Reservations & Deposits A deposit is required to secure all hunt reservations Dates are not held without a confirmed deposit Remaining balance is due prior to or upon arrival unless otherwise agreed Scheduling Hunt dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis Peak seasons, including the November rut, fill quickly We recommend calling early to secure preferred dates Cancellations & Transfers Deposits are non-refundable In certain cases, hunts may be rescheduled based on availability All rescheduling must be approved in advance Arrival & Preparation Hunters will receive arrival details, lodging information, and preparation guidelines after booking is confirmed All hunters are responsible for proper licensing and compliance with Illinois hunting regulations Weather & Conditions Hunts operate in a variety of weather conditions No refunds are issued due to weather, wildlife movement, or hunting conditions Call to Book To check availability and reserve your hunt: Call 309-337-8396
